  1. ½ frozen banana
  2. 1 tbsp cacao powder
  3. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  4. 1 c organic unsweetened soy milk
  5. 12 scoops clean vanilla plant based protein powder
  6. 2 pitted dates 2=3 ice cubes
  7. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
