About Catherine

I know what it's like to feel lost after treatment.

After surviving breast cancer, I discovered that the hardest part wasn't treatment, it was figuring out how to live afterward. This is why I created Resilience Beyond Cancer.

My Story

When cancer came knocking.

Before my diagnosis, life was full. I had plans, routines, a sense of who I was and where I was going. Then everything changed with a single phone call.

What followed was the fight of my life. 15 rounds of chemotherapy. 6 surgeries. 16 rounds of radiation. Surviving sepsis. Each day was about getting through to the next. I wasn't thinking about thriving, I was focused on surviving.

And then, one day, treatment ended. The medical team celebrated. But I was left standing there thinking—now what?

The Turning Point

The hardest part came after.

Everyone expected me to feel relieved. Grateful. Ready to "get back to normal." But there was no normal to go back to. Cancer had changed me—body, mind, and spirit.

I was terrified of recurrence. I was exhausted in ways I'd never experienced. I felt abandoned by the medical system that had fought so hard to save me. And I had no idea what steps to take to actually protect my future.

"The world expected me to move on, but healing had only just begun."

I searched for answers, but found only confusion, conflicting advice, and a void where guidance should have been.

Creating the Framework

Building Resilience Beyond Cancer.

So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I became my own case study. I spent hundreds of hours digging into published research—studying which lifestyle behaviors were shown to reduce cancer recurrence, strengthen the immune system, and rebuild the body from the inside out.

I built a framework grounded in nutrition, movement, and mindset. I tested it on myself first. And slowly, everything began to shift. My energy came back. My confidence returned. My fear transformed into purpose.

I named it Resilience Beyond Cancer, because that's exactly what it gave me. This methodology became my life's work, and now it's the roadmap I share with every woman I coach.

Why This Matters

You shouldn't have to figure this out alone.

I know how isolating survivorship can be. I know the fear that sits in your chest at 3am. I know what it feels like to wish someone—anyone—would just hand you a plan and say, "Here. Do this. You're going to be okay."

That's what I've built. A clear, evidence-based, compassionate roadmap for the journey after treatment. Because you deserve more than just surviving. You deserve to truly thrive.

"My promise to every client: I will walk beside you—never above you—with the same care, honesty, and determination I brought to my own healing."
