Super Easy Homemade Granola Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Prepare large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Combine oats to dried fruit in a large bowl ( all dry ingredients)
  3. In medium microwave safe bowl, combine coconut oil, brown rice syrup, pure maple syrup and nut butter ( if using) and melt in increments until smooth consistency is achieved. This may take a few minutes ( at 30 sec increments)
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine thoroughly.
  5. Spread mixture on the cookie sheet on an even layer. I take an extra piece of parchment paper and use it to flatten the granola in single smooth layer
  6. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until slight golden brown. Let stand and cool completely.
  7. Can add chocolate chips on top if desired , let melt and spread over evenly.
  8. Break up granola and store in air tight jar or container with lid in refrigerator for 3 weeks or freeze up to a month.
  9. Enjoy!
